The Promise....

I promise to take better care of my health, physically, mentally, spiritually. I feel like I've been in chains for so long. As Jewel Diamond Taylor said, 'why do we hold ourselves as prisoners' when all God wants us to do is live though & by him & enjoy? Why do we take the 'lower road?'

I want a change in me, for me. Maybe this small tiny, miniscule fragment of the internet that I claim as mine where I kick & scream (LOL!) is moving me. I hope so. I hope God is moving me or helping me to move rather... I sure could use it :-)
