It was you


I felt safe
and warm
and cozy
and protected
and loved
much more loved
than I have ever felt
before

I smiled and snuggled deeper
like I was in a cocoon
wrapped completely in
love, light, trust, joy, strength
and happiness

Then the air got cooler
the cocoon got thinner
& realty pulled me up & out into the open

Last night I dreamt I...
