D. James Kennedy, Christmas Stories for the Heart
The star of Bethlehem was a star of hope that led the wise men to the fulfillment of their expectations, the success of their expedition. Nothing in this world is more fundamental for success in life than hope, and this star pointed to our only source for true hope: Jesus Christ.

  4. Thank you, ladies. This year I am focusing only on the 'reason for the season.' My decorations will be just my favorites instead of tons of 'stuff.' I haven't even began to decorate or shop, yet I feel no stress. I like it better this way. :-)

    2. Yes, Kel. We rush, rush, rush, trying to buy the perfect gift, the perfect, toy, decorate the perfect decorations, etc. But after the wrapping paper is torn & all gathered to the trash, you sit back & wonder - what was all of that for? I'm taking the low road, my friend :-)

  5. Hope is one of my favorite words in the Word or in everyday life. Keeps my heart filled with "hope" and joy and peace and grace and light and glory and...

    A blessing.
