We finally got rain over the past couple of days. The kind of rain where it poured in some parts, and barely any elsewhere. But the temps dropped to the 70's. BLISS. So nice to turn off that damn A/C (even though I'm so thankful for it). I prefer fresh air any day. It's been nice nights to be in bed with windows open while the cool whips through the house.

Blessings. :-) Pictures by me.
"Grass Berries." They're everywhere.

  1. Hi Tracey, the "grass berries" are what we refer to around here as wild strawberries. They don't have any taste and aren't worth picking but you can eat them. Ditto on the rain. We got it here on Friday and it was lovely. Didn't stay past lunch but we're thankful what we did get. Things look a little less parched and today is going to be a lovely, low humidity day!!!

    1. Hey there, Chris. I didn't know that's what wild strawberries looked like! Interesting. The rain combined with the cooler temps made my flowers POP all over again - they look brand new. The heat had everything at a stand still. Such a relief. And yes - it's a GORGEOUS low-humidity day. Have a great one :-)

    1. Thanks, Se'Lah. Somebody told me out of all those shots - the bee was their favorite. Lol. Appreciating your kind words. :-)
