When I awoke this morning
And I was whole, healthy and rested
When i gave a person who was running late a ride to church
When i bought gifts because I knew the person would appreciate it
When dinner was prepared for me
When the sun sets on the clouds after a rain
And when Grandparents Day is a complete, beautiful surprise,
I am filled with the sensation of peace, love, kindness, random kindness acts, concern, love, care, and compassion
